Draft Broadband Investment Plan
In fall 2010, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) appointed 18 community leaders from the area to the Broadband Planning Team representing North Central Wisconsin (Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida and Vilas Counties).
The Region 2 Broadband Planning Team held regular meetings and created an action plan to address gaps in broadband availability and improve the adoption of available broadband services.
After considerable preliminary work and numerous meetings, the Team drafted a preliminary plan and sought public comments.
